How CrewCall works
Upload the call sheet and we pick out every name, role, email and phone — or paste a list from your spreadsheet. You check it before anything is saved.
The call and the location carry over from yesterday, so you only type what changed. Give anyone their own call; untick anyone who isn’t working.
Each person gets a link to their call by email, and by text if they signed up. The call time is behind the link, so opening it and tapping “Got it” turns them green on your screen. Nudge the rest with one button.
Built for the night before call
The call sheet goes out. Then the texts start: what time, where do I park, is it still on. CrewCall answers all of it once, and tells you who got it.
An email with the day, the address, parking and a map — plus a text for anyone who signs up. One tap shows their call time and confirms it. Works on any phone.
